In the month of October 2020, when a vigorous monsoon caused flooding in nearly nine districts of Karnantaka, Prashanthi Balamandira Trust and its allied Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust extended help in the form of flood relief materials. Around 20,000 packets of food were distributed for immediate relief. Ration and other relief materials were also provided to 2,000 families at 17 villages in four taluks of the State. About 60 youth volunteers from the One Nation Team and Visveswaraya Technological University worked together to provide these essentials to the affected people in the Belagavi and Bagalkot districts.
